Going for a patent has carried more disadvantages than advantages. In recent days, most of the scientists, they generally do not go for patent of their inventions.

  There is only one advantage compared to many disadvantages where inventor’s name is tagged after his inventions and it remains. In principle,it should protect him from copying his inventions.

          Patent does not give absolute protection to inventors. He has to disclose each and every step of his work and molecular structure and weight. This can be copied by any other inventor by minor atomic or procedural changes and can claim on his inventions. But in reality, the inventions belongs to the real inventor.

          In India, copying is very easy as every drug comes here as original, but it duplicates in no time. I ask the patent controller in UK and Kolkata, that they cannot give guarantee for protection of my patent, hence I did not go for it.  

           I observed that drugs approved by FDA, USA are not able to cure or nowhere nearer to curing the dreaded diseases. I have further observed that certain drugs are in market for number of years and suddenly withdrawn from market due to number of ill effects. Then what type of clinical trials FDA is approving?

           I faught with FDA, USA for artificial heart valves approved by them, which are detrimental as it requires anticoagulant that is a rat poison. Many years ago, British Government used anticoagulant Warfarin mixing with food killing, millions of rats hidden in underground tunnels and same anticoagulant is used in human recipients of mechanical heart valves. Complications of anticoagulant is more than artificial heart valves, kills the patient prematurely.

           Chemotherapy & radiation therapy for cancer of various types are approved by American FDA, although these are useless drugs which neither gives temporary relief nor permanent relief with lots of complications. Side effects and complications are more than its curative effect. It kills the patient prematurely, before it is killed by the disease itself. Most dangerous point of these drugs in cancer is that it is unable to wok on secondary mutations, hence cancer is not curable. These drug manufacturers and FDA have some understanding to continue the drug and not to allow any other new methods or drugs to be used for cancer although these drugs are found to be far superior for the purpose of curative for the disease without having much side effects and complications.

            I have sent my research publications to various international journals, but for one or another reason, they keep refusing to publish it. But people keep asking me, I have not published my work in international journals. But to satisfy them, I have published my own journal-"International journal of Evolution & Revolution in Cardio-vascular sciences".Till now, neither anyone has challenged me, nor anybody is telling me that I am wrong. But surprisingly, I hear everyone criticizes me behind the curtains!. Everyone asks how a cardiac surgeon become a genetic engineer….. But I know knowledge has no limitations….research has no bars….
