UNFOLDING THE MYSTERIES OF GENETIC SCIENCES IN INCURABLE DISEASES LIKE CORONARY ARTERY DISEASES, CANCER, & RAREST OF THE RARE DISEASES LIKE MOYAMOYA, SLE, TAKAYASU ETC.

       IntroductioN

In recent years, my observations have suggested in the field of medical sciences, particular reference to heart disease and cancer that present medical science is failed totally to cure heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, Moyamoya, Takayasu etc. I further carefully and closely observed that what we were taught in medical schools, what we have learnt and what we are practicing is wrong by 80% if not by 100%. In case of cardio-vascular diseases, investigations and its treatment are found to be absolutely wrong, which I have justified in following chapters. Investigations of diseases must be at molecular level. The conventional investigations reveals the degree of severity and type of diseases when disease becomes macroscopically expressed and at that time, it is too late to cure. Therefore, in spite of treating those diseases, the morbidity and mortality become very high. All the so called incurable diseases like coronary artery disease, diabetes, hypertension, rarest of the rare diseases like Moyamoya, Takayasu, SLE etc. are confirmed to be non-curable by present medical science and causes are not found. Therefore, treatment is vague and symptomatic.

The purpose of writing this book is to let the people of this planet should know that these incurable diseases are found to be no more incurable and we are capable of handling these diseases at genetic level far ahead of expressing it clinically. Therefore, we want to make an announcement that these diseases are curable and we have succeeded by investigating and treating it at genetic level far before it is expressed clinically and now, these diseases can 101% be eradicated.

Unfortunately, I must mention at this point that India is a big country giving much importance to Politics and puja (prayers) and not to medical sciences.

In India, Genetic sciences are not yet developed  and we are the first one to use genetic sciences and its application in form of applied human genetic engineering for investigating the diseases and treating with Baruah biological molecules to engineer the affected genes. So far the results are excellent and I am aware that my work will invite a lot of criticism and skepticism which I am prepared to face.

Science begins with hypothesis. In science, very rarely, the hypothesis turn in to  reality and in that case,  the scientist  becomes controversial as his or her work challenges the establishment, which is not been easy.

The substantial research work in the field of medicine is going on all over the world spending time in years and money in billions. But many research work end with paper publications. I have closely observed that we are the first one on this planet to discover the affected genes for cancer and other diseases and correcting it to cure the incurable diseases.

ALL THE RESEARCH IN THE FIELD OF GENETICS HAVE ENDED WITH HUNDREDS OF PUBLICATIONS, BUT NO HUMAN APPLICATIONS.

BUT WE ARE THE FIRST ON THIS PLANET HAVING MORE APPLICATION OF GENETIC SCIENCE IN CURING INCURABLE DISEASES RATHER THAN PUBLICATIONS

Curing coronary artery disease for us, is similar to treating cough and cold with applications of applied human genetic engineering using Baruah biological molecules and complete clearance of blockages is observed within average 5-8 days and it is not reversible. Similar situation is observed in case of treating in rarest of the rare diseases like Takayasu, Moyamoya.

The eradication of coronary artery disease is now absolutely possible with my Applied human genetic engineering, which is not only clearing blockages of coronary arteries, but also peripheral arterial occlusions.

With our applied human genetic engineering, diabetes and hypertension are equally treated by demutating effective genes. I found the diabetes is an auto-immune disease and nomenclature of Type I & II  is  misnomer. Applied human genetic engineering using Baruah biological molecules engineer the affected genes and cures diabetes mellitus permanently.

Hypertension is another disease to be considered as an epidemic among human race. I consider it as a killer disease. It affects every organ and premature death is made to be certain. Complications of hypertension such as heart failure, kidney failure, stroke & paralysis are known to everybody. Hypertension which is due to renal disease or stenosis of renal artery leads to renal failure and death. We have been successful treating the hypertension permanently with applied human genetic engineering.

Systemic lupus erythromatosus (SLE) is a disease of autogenesis involving entire organs and destroy it one by one. I describe the effect of the disease as following:-

When there is a fire in the jungle and if some one watches it, fire burns one tree after another. Same thing happens in human suffering from SLE. Patient’s own antibodies cannot recognize its own DNA and there is an adverse reaction and as a result new immune complex is formed, which circulates and destroys the organs one after another resulting blindness, skin lesions, liver disorder, kidney failure and ventricular functional inadequacy. It is an unfortunate situation which is usually observed in younger age group of individuals. Unfortunately, there is no actual treatment for this genetic disorder. It is treated conventionally with steroids and immunosuppressive drugs creating an unfavourable situation where complications of these drugs become more severe than the disease which kills the patient before they die of the disease. Now, SLE is made to be cured completely with applied human genetic engineering using Baruah biological molecules by correcting the mistaken genes.

Takayasu is the disease described by Mikito Takayasu in 1908, who was an opthalmologist, who accidently found inflammation of both retinal arteries causing the blindness in the young patients. He treated them with steroids, but did not describe that it is the disease involving not only arteries, but veins as well.  We have treated Takayasu with Baruah biological molecules which engineers the diseased genes successfully. We have discovered two brothers in the same families, elder one was having arterial vasculitis where forward flow of arterial blood was reduced causing oedema of arms, legs with pain and impairment of both kidney function and younger one is having inflammation of veins where venous blood flow towards heart is impaired.

Rheumatic valvular heart disease  is quite common in third world countries. It has been established fact that cause of rheumatic valvular disease is streptococcus infection. Our genetic research has suggested that it is due to Takayasu disease and superaided by streptococcal infection. It is a genetic disorder involving m-RNA and we have treated it successfully with Baruah biological molecules which engineers the mistaken genes. Being myself a cardiac surgeon, I have cured valvular disease cases without surgery.

Moya moya is a disease described by Japanese doctor and it is due to blockages of forward blood flow through internal carotid artery and as a result, atrophy of the brain takes place and all symptoms are  related to cerebral atrophy. Because of extensive collaterals, the intracranial MRI images give the impression of puff of smoke. No successful treatment was available till now. Baruah biological molecules are used to  engineer the mistaken genes and cure it permanently.

       Cancer was first in the list of incurable diseases which is superceded by coronary artery disease (CAD). CAD is becoming an epidemic. However, cancer is also reaching nearer to its position. Our research on cancer  is an ongoing process and we have been successful treating in comparison to conventional treatment  like chemotherapy, radiation  therapy and surgery. It has been established fact that permanent mutations are at DNA level causing  irreversible changes at cellular level. This is what scientists have observed in laboratories, which have been truly correlated with clinical situation. Till today, no effective treatment have been found out. From our research work in cancer, we found the permanent mutation at DNA level observed by genetic scientist can be rectified Our experience in this field suggests that these mutations can be reversible which ascertains permanent cure. Degree of cure with Baruah biological molecules depends on the degree of DNA integrity.
